Who are you?
Users with access to the SAP Support Portal are designated by SuccessFactors customers. In general, they support and administer the SuccessFactors system at their companies. Only these users can receive direct support from SuccessFactors. To submit an incident, please visit the SAP Support Portal.
An end user is an employee of a SuccessFactors customer who has access to his or her company’s SuccessFactors system and does not have access to the SAP Support Portal. For tips on who end users should reach out to at their companies and answers to common support questions, click here.
