All relevant internal agents can work from a central worklist, and the application provides continuous insight into the visa and permit management processes for all stakeholders. Functionality also includes the tracking of related expenses and the communication of the cost to the finance department.
SAP SuccessFactors Visa and Permits Management helps customers to define criteria of permits for approval to ensure that expected hiring is in line with potential limits imposed by the government. When limits are imposed, the application helps the recruiting department to recruit based on the agreed headcount, including the set criteria for hiring.
