ABS, Premier Foods, REWE and Tryg Select Cloud-Based HR Solutions from SAP

Premier Foods, one of the United Kingdom's largest food producers, selected the SuccessFactors HCM Suite including the SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Learning solutions to simplify and bring consistency to its HR processes and increase the engagement of its people, thereby realizing the full potential of everyone working for the business. By using SuccessFactors solutions, Premier Foods believes the effectiveness of the organization will improve, with increased flexibility and efficiency, and significantly improved decision-making capability.
REWE Group, with some 330,000 employees, is one of the leading trading, travel and tourism companies in Germany and Europe. REWE Group selected SuccessFactors for an integrated HCM solution to improve its HR processes, centralize recruiting and build a shared services center. With the SuccessFactors HCM Suite, REWE will also standardize and simplify HR processes, automate recruitment, increase the quality of its employee learning and obtain a comprehensive view of talent management. This will help REWE Group cope with the demographic changes and tight labor market in Germany.
