UST Global Expands Talent Management Portfolio with SuccessFactors Recruiting

SAP NEWSBYTE – August 8, 2013 – SuccessFactors, an SAP company and leader in cloud-based business execution software, today announced that UST Global, an information technology and solution services company for Global 1000 enterprises, has implemented SuccessFactors Recruiting to improve its selection and hiring process with a robust recruiting system that integrates with SuccessFactors’ other talent management solutions.

With over one thousand new hires each year, UST Global faced the challenge of adopting an efficient recruiting system that would reduce the number of bad hires, or hires that are dismissed within one year, by 20 percent.
