James serves as Chief Customer Officer at SAP SuccessFactors. He is accountable for end-to-end delivery of service to customers, customer satisfaction, renewals and upsells. James’s experience spans across all aspects of HR, IT and BPO services industries including shared service centers, service delivery management, implementation and transformation programs as well as business development. Prior to Sap/SuccessFactors James has held global roles with Dell corporation as well as NGA HR and been based in Africa, North America, Europe as well as APJ.
