Adam Kovalevsky, executive vice president of Product Engineering & Operations at SAP SuccessFactors, joins a panel of researchers, developers and UX designers discussing how they see the future of HR technology, and how their customers and prospects influence what happens next.
Accurate Ratings and Other Rare Creatures: Effective Use of Performance Management Tech (4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m)
Dr. Steven Hunt, senior vice president of Human Capital Management Research at SAP SuccessFactors, moderates a panel of three senior HR leaders from New York Life, SRAM LLC and TranSystems to share examples of how their companies have effectively used performance management technology to drive value for their businesses. These companies have developed solutions to recognize that all employees are valuable – some more than others – by including practices that accurately rate and reward top performing employees without making others feel unimportant or unfairly treated.
