Marc serves as the Global Chief Customer Officer for SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s customer strategy to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Marc is equally accountable for driving efficient operations and sales, along with digital transformation and business model innovation. He is known for providing valuable insights on the latest HR trends to help clients develop meaningful workforce strategies that deliver business results. Marc is a Certified Fellow of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the AHRI Council & Technology Advisory board.
