What is ULTRA?

ULTRA is a major version release of the SuccessFactors Performance & Talent Management application suite which will be generally available January 14, 2008.

When will ULTRA be generally available for new or existing customers?

The SuccessFactors ULTRA release will be generally available on January 14, 2008 to new or existing customers using Enterprise Edition or SuccessPractices Edition of SuccessFactors.

For customers using Professional Edition (ideal for organizations up to 500 employees), ULTRA will be available during the middle of 2008. More details regarding availability will be provided in the future.

What is the process through which existing customers can migrate to ULTRA?

Existing customers can learn more about the ULTRA release, its features, and how to migrate from their current version to ULTRA by visiting the SuccessFactors Customer Community at http://community.successfactors.com/ultra.
