Goal Software

Setting goals is a collaborative activity between the manager and his or her employee. The manager needs to communicate company and departmental objectives and work with the employee to set a plan that guides the employee to create successfully achievable goals. Goal software makes this process move along efficiently and with a lot less effort.

Goal software allows employers to track goals in order to easily identify key strengths and weaknesses, organizational skills and employee performance trends to use in retaining the current workforce. This centralized information can also be utilized in recruiting efforts to fill in gaps in the workforce.

 

Goal software automates many of the historically time-consuming corporate goal management processes: a writing assistant may be provided to help managers and employees articulate goals, non-compliant legal language may be highlighted and workflow functionality may be included that routes documentation from employee to manager and the final product to Human Resources, thus reducing time and effort.
