Goal Alignment

Goal alignment is critical for business success. It ensures that each person within your organization can see the direction for the business and knows how their job fits in with the “Big Picture”. To achieve goal alignment at your organization, you must first clearly communicate strategic business objectives across your entire company.

By cascading goals down from executives to employees, goal alignment links everyone into developing departmental goals that must be achieved to fulfill the overall organizational goals. The cascade can also flow up if there are process improvements needed in order to achieve the initial goals or if problems are noted in current standards.
