Stack Ranker:

The Stack Ranker lets managers assess their talent in a real-time environment to create a visual “stack ranking” of the team members being assessed. Employees may be ranked by specific competencies or by overall scores, including customizable characteristics, such as “the critical nature of the employee’s role in a project”, to create a holistic assessment of the value of each team member in a side-by-side snapshot.

This valuable ranking information can then be used to make management decisions such as promotion or performance bonus distribution or even more difficult decisions as identifying poor performers when faced with layoff decisions.
