Contacting Customer Support
At this time, in order to make the transition to SuccessFactors as simple as possible, we will not change the way you request and receive assistance from the SuccessFactors/Plateau customer support organization. Eventually, as we leverage the strengths of the combined SuccessFactors organization, we will introduce changes as part of our ongoing improvement initiatives. The following options remain in effect, available to authorized customer administrators.
Online Case Management: The easiest way to get support assistance or find a solution on your own is through our customer support case portal.
Online Knowledgebase: Hundreds of solutions to known problems or frequently asked questions reside in our online knowledgebase. Use the Plateau Customer Support Login for access.
Telephone Support: Knowledgeable customer support representatives are a phone call away. A case will be created for you and assigned to the next available representative.
E-mail Support: For non-urgent issues, customers may submit requests for help via email. For the fastest assistance, we recommend one of the aforementioned support alternatives.
