What does my registration fee cover?
The full conference registration fee includes access to all sessions, the Partner & Product Expo, Welcome Reception, SuccessFactors Gala, and all hosted meals. Travel and hotel costs are the responsibility of the attendee.
I'm on a tight budget. What kinds of Discount Programs are available?

What meals are hosted by the conference?
The conference will include the following meals:
- Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks on Wednesday and Thursday
- SuccessFactors Gala on Thursday evening

How will I know when the program schedule is available?
Announcements will be provided via emails from SuccessConnect to registered attendees once the full program is available for scheduling.
How many attendees are expected at this year's SuccessConnect?
With our ever-growing customer base, SuccessConnect has seen rapid growth each year, too. This year's conference is expected to host more than 1,000 attendees-an attendance increase of 30% from SuccessConnect 2011.
What is the Discovery Track?
The Discovery Track is for qualified prospective customers. "Future customers" may attend our conference and experience the buzz and learn as much as possible about SuccessFactors from our customers and partners. The Discovery program will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday, prospective customers will attend the morning keynote followed by a special track of sessions designed specifically for them. All Discovery Track attendees will have a chance to meet and mingle at our Welcome Reception, during breaks, and at the Partner & Product Expo.
Are there penalties for cancelling my registration?
If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time before May 2, 2012, less a $100 processing fee. This processing fee applies to all SuccessConnect registrations. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to sc2012@successfactors.com
If I cannot attend, may I substitute someone from my organization?
If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another person from your company at no additional charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to sc2012@successfactors.com with the names of the original and substitute registrants.
Are there other hotel options associated with SuccessConnect?
SuccessFactors has negotiated a very good rate at all of the conference hotels. We encourage you to take advantage of this special SuccessConnect rate to save on your expenses and make it easier getting to and from the conference events.
What is the typical weather in May for Sydney?
Sydney enjoys a temperate climate with a mild winter, and has more than 340 sunny days a year. Average minimum temperatures in the winter months of June through to August is around 9 degrees Celsius (47-48 degrees Farenheit). The summer season is from December through to February. What is the typical weather in June for San Francisco?
San Francisco weather is easy to like, with warm days and cool nights. The days are usually not too hot with lots of sunshine but cool days are possible. What is the typical weather in June for London?
London weather can be quite unpredictable. In June the climate in London can often get extremely hot and humid and therefore light clothing is perfect. There is much less rain in the summer, but the United Kingdom has very changeable weather and it is not unusual for a sunny day to quickly turn into a rainy day. Remember to bring your umbrella! Is there a dress code for the conference?
Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures care cool, and the climate can vary. We suggest that you wear or bring layers for comfort.
