Enlighten your peers with your use of SuccessFactors at SuccessConnect 2009

Each year we shape our Global Customer Conference around our most important achievement: your success! In fact, it’s our customers’ willingness to share and come together as a community that makes our annual conference so informative, impactful and unique.  

Now it’s your turn to share your success!  And it’s simple to be a presenter – just send an email to successconnect@successfactors.com with the topic and brief description of your presentation. If you’re chosen to present your SuccessStory*, we’ll even pick up the cost of your conference pass – a $1095 value!

Sessions will take place in one of the following tracks.  Please indicate on your submission which track your SuccessStory falls under:

*We’ll evaluate and choose customers to present based on the insights of your description, as well as how others can apply your experience using SuccessFactors in their organization.  Papers must be submitted by January 30th for consideration. Speakers will be notified on February 30th of their status.

Global Business

Success stories in this track will focus on large-scale global rollouts, and/or global themes such as language and localization, global change management, or multi-division rollouts across continents or countries. We are looking for global customers who have tackled these issues and implemented best practices for success. We are also looking for topics on how you transcended borders such as global security and cross cultural implications of talent and performance management systems in your organization.

Introduction to Performance and Talent Management (Limited to 5 Submissions)

This track is perfect for customers that have been with SuccessFactors for less than 2 years that want to share successes and lessons learned in the areas of implementation, executive buy-in, user adoption and change management.  Show us how you made positive changes across your organization with Performance and Talent Management.

  3. Best Practices in Change Management
  4. Training and Rollout - Successes in User Adoption

Advanced Performance and Talent Management

Presentations in this track will feature customers that have been using SuccessFactors for more than 2 years and want to share best practices in taking the SuccessFactors application suite to the next level with integrated performance and talent management.  We are looking for customers to discuss advanced techniques for adding sophistication and increasing benefits while minimizing complexity.  Tell your peers how SuccessFactors has helped you maximize value and efficiency in your organization.

Business Strategies Track

Case studies in this track will highlight customers that are using HCM to achieve real and measurable business results in their organization.  Teach your peers how you are dramatically improving productivity, reducing turnover and seeing ROI from your SuccessFactors implementation. Show us how your organization is bridging the strategy execution gap to maximize performance and cultivate top talent.
