SuccessFactors is focused on making every company we work with more productive, more profitable, and a better place for their employees to work.  Your success is our success and your organization’s goals are important to us.  You will be paired with a SuccessFactors executive for a 30 minute 1:1 meeting that will help us understand your business even better and help you continue to drive real business results in your organization. You will be contacted by the conference committee with a proposed meeting time.

Advanced Admin Boot Camp (Optional – extra fee of $495 USD)
This optional half day event lead by SuccessFactors University was a double sell out at our Global SuccessConnect in June.  The Advanced Admin Booth Camp will allow you to master advanced strategies and tools for managing and administering your SuccessFactors system. This 3 hour course will teach you how to make an impact in your organization by providing tips for effectively engaging end users; tools on how to use the application to address organizational changes; suggestions to customize resources available to you such as the Goal Library; pointers for finding new information and much more!

Speaker: Rob Bernshteyn, Vice President of Global Product Marketing & Management, SuccessFactors
Abstract:
   Rob Bernshteyn brings 15 years of experience in marketing and information technology to his position as Vice President of Global Product Marketing & Management at SuccessFactors. Prior to his current role, Rob directed product management and marketing activities at Siebel Systems where he was a founding member of the Siebel Employee Relationship Management line of business.  Rob has also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and an SAP Implementation Project Manager at Accenture.  Rob will speak about the current and future vision for the SuccessFactors product suite specific to the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, and how your ongoing partnership will continue to be one of our biggest success factors.

Based in Liechtenstein, Hilti provides tools that help build the world around us. With ambitious goals of doubling its business over the next few years, Hilti required a system to support its People Strategy that focuses on developing people, developing leadership, recruiting new team members, training, and pay-for-performance. Using a globally consolidated back-end system, Yolande Hamnett-Taylor will discuss how Hilti has begun it's rollout of SuccessFactors for goals, performance, and succession management for 20,000 employees in multiple languages.
