Join us Monday, June 2nd for a special pre-conference boot camp. During this half-day Advanced Admin Boot Camp, you can engage hands-on and learn the tips and tricks of successfully administering the SuccessFactors application, as well as ask your burning questions. This session is appropriate for companies with 500 employees and above, whether you’ve attended basic admin training or not.

Wondering what you can expect? In addition to discussing the key functions required to successfully administer the SuccessFactors application:

You’ll learn how to effectively use the tools of the application to address organizational changes, including manager transfers, new hires, and terminations.
Maybe you've been through a performance cycle or two? We’ll teach you how to customize the resources available to you such as Competencies, the Goal Library, and Legal Scan as you transition into years 2, 3 and beyond.
We'll provide you with tools and suggestions for effectively engaging or reengaging your users, including branding strategies through the use of the application, communication tactics and training tips and tricks that you can leverage immediately.
You'll learn how you find new information, Release Summaries, and how to leverage these topics within your SuccessFactors instance. We'll discuss what's new, the best timing of introducing new topics, and the broader impact from a user's perspective.

If you are new to ULTRA or just curious, plan to attend one of the admin bootcamp breakout sessions to learn about the key administration functions to take advantage of this new SuccessFactors interface. Or use this time to learn more about generating detailed reports through the SuccessFactors application; leveraging the detailed document search.
