SuccessFactors wants to recognize leading organizations and practitioners committed to revolutionizing the future of work. These companies and individuals will be announced at SuccessConnect 2008. SuccessAwards will be given to winners in the following five categories:
To submit for the SuccessROI Award, please provide measurement criteria and justification of statistics. Examples may include – but not limited to – increase in employee productivity, employee engagement, administrative time and cost savings, and turnover reduction.
For the SuccessAdoption Award, please provide a description of the rollout plan and submit examples of the training materials used. Please include description as to why this rollout was considered successful? Anecdotal evidence can be used.
The SuccessLeader Award will have achieved something unique using SuccessFactors. Please describe; include any major challenges this person tackled to demonstrate leadership, and how the achievement made a positive impact in the organization.
The SuccessChampion is an executive-level sponsor who championed performance and talent management in the organization. Please provide an overview of the organization prior to deploying SuccessFactors. How did this executive drive cultural change? Were innovative approaches used to further the organizational goals? Describe the current environment.
To submit for the SuccessInnovation Award, please accurately describe the approach, vision, and/or mission of the project. Describe the innovation, and detail the results/impact. How do you measure this success? Anecdotal evidence can be used.
