BizX Adoption/Alignment - This award is about acknowledging the success you’ve experienced in aligning your organization from top‐to‐bottom around initiatives that really move the dial. To apply, you must specify in 1,500 words or less the functional areas within your solution that are currently operational and explain how those areas have solved a business problem the within your organization.

BizX Innovation - This award celebrates your creativity and out of the box thinking. What have you done that makes your organization a unique example of innovative thinking? Describe in 1,500 words or less your program and its success. Please include pictures or samples of any giveaways, literature, emails, etc. that demonstrate how you launched SuccessFactors to your users.

BizX Results - This award is designed to make the guys in the head office pay attention! What have you done to make your CFO’s day? Tell us how using your talent management software has proven to drive business results, day in and day out. Share your story in 1,500 words or less — the specific business problem that your company faced its severity, and how legacy Plateau or SuccessFactors’s solutions have helped your organization to address that problem.
