Educating your Users?

To drive greater end user acceptance and adoption, organizations need to ensure employees understand the mechanics of using the solution. SuccessFactors University offers effective, out-of-the-box or customized training solutions that increase end user adoption rates and decrease resource time.  Our End User Training Packages include:

Basic Training Package
A best-practice bundle of content and templates for each module that will kick-start your training rollout. The generic templates can be used “as is” or updated by you with custom content. Includes PPT presentations, quick reference guides and role based user guides and much more.

Tailored Training Package
Includes same elements as the Basic Training Pack – but SuccessFactors will take the lead on tailoring the templates to match your branding and specific SuccessFactors configuration.  

Custom Solutions
Where necessary, SuccessFactors University will work with you on an as-needed basis to meet your specific requirements. Including instructor led training sessions delivered via the web or onsite, custom tutorials and additional training consulting to address your unique needs.
