Rob Bernshteyn

Rob Bernshteyn brings 15 years of experience in marketing and information technology to his position as Vice President of Global Product Marketing & Management at SuccessFactors. Prior to his current role, Rob directed product management and marketing activities at Siebel Systems where he was a founding member of the Siebel Employee Relationship Management line of business. Rob has also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and an SAP Implementation Project Manager at Accenture.His qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
