Nov OmanaNov has been in the HR Technology arena for over 30 years. He has assisted numerous companies in structuring their HR systems to address and solve their business challenges. He recently joined TriNet as Product Manager to develop and launch their HR BPO offering to the mid-market companies. Previous to joining TriNet, he launched a small business for HR Technology and Strategy consulting, Collective HR Solutions, LLC, in San Francisco. The business consists of HR Technology consulting, contractor placement, and partnering with other small businesses with specialty skills in Human Resources and technology.

Nov is currently on the San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter Board and the Association Board of IHRIM as past Chairman, having served seven years and has served on a number of other Boards. He is the 2007 winner of the prestigious IHRIM Summit award, given to individuals who have made significant, long-term contributions to the advancement of IHRIM's mission and goals. The Summit Award winner facilities the exchange of ideas, solutions and information about issues impacting the management of human resource information. The individual also increases recognition and stature of the profession and heightens awareness of the value of human resource information to organizational management.
