Ms. Martin brings more than 30 years of experience in introducing workplace initiatives and emerging technologies as a senior management consultant, software startup executive, market researcher, and application development manager. Her strength lies in introducing technology as a catalyst for change towards improved managerial decision-making, streamlined business processes, and employee empowerment. Ms. Martin assists companies in defining strategies to implement enterprise applications through providing visioning, strategy development, process innovation, needs assessments, cost/benefit analyses, and business case development. In addition, she has developed major change management and organizational learning programs to accompany the introduction of new initiatives and technologies, to ensure their success.Ms. Martin is also the lead author and manager of the CedarCrestone HCM Survey: Workforce Technologies and Service Delivery Approaches, the longest running and most acclaimed HR technology survey, now in its 10th year. She further supports the HCM vendor community with a variety of marketing and market research services: strategy, pricing, value proposition, data mining, and surveys.
