Kirk Hallowell, Ph.D. is Principal of MatchPoint Coaching, LLC, an executive coaching firm specializing in high potential development and human resource planning. Kirk has previously served as Senior Consultant for Personnel Decisions International and Talentgenesis, Inc. Kirk has designed and implemented organization-wide executive development programs within Fortune 500 companies and has provided individual feedback, assessment and coaching to hundreds of executives. Kirk served as Director of Research for the Amoco Management Learning Center, where he led efforts to assess the impact of Amoco’s executive development program for the top 3600 business leaders. Kirk has presented and published internationally on the topics of leadership development, succession, and Human Capital Analytics and currently serves as a Research Advisor and Thought Leader Partner to SuccessFactors.
