Kim Ruyle


Kim RuyleKim Ruyle is Vice President of Product for Lominger International where he is responsible for research and development of intellectual property. Kim has a rare blend of hands-on work experience and extensive academic credentials. He started his career in the skilled trades, working for nearly ten years as a mechanic, welder, and machinist. Kim has taught at four universities and founded and ran a software company for ten years. Prior to coming to Lominger, he was the Director of Learning & Development for Siemens Logistics and Automation Assembly Systems where he was responsible for employee training and development, customer training, organizational development, succession planning, and performance management. Kim has presented at more than 40 national and international conferences, has authored over a dozen book chapters and articles, and has served on editorial boards and numerous expert panels. Most recently, Kim coauthored FYI for Strategic Effectiveness with Bob Eichinger and Dave Ulrich and FYI for Performance Management with Bob Eichinger and Mike Lombardo. Kim is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management. His fields of study are industrial/vocational education, instructional technology, adult education, industrial engineering, and business with several degrees – BS from Winona State University, MEd from East Texas State University, MS and PhD from Oregon State University, and MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
