The most difficult team to select and develop in any organization is usually the senior level team. From senior VP to CEO, getting the right players on board and making sure they are equipped to deliver results is both mission-critical and difficult. This session shows you how to determine what qualities are required to maximize performance in your organization, how to identify the people that can achieve corporate goals, how to coach them to succeed no matter what challenges they face and how to make sure they don’t fall in to the “dark side of leadership”. In reviewing real life client scenarios and emerging trends that are impacting senior level leaders, participants will gain new insights on what is happening in the C-Suite right now…and understand their role in making the senior team successful.
