SuccessFactors Announces Gross Proceeds of $215 Million

SAN MATEO, Calif., Oct 23, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced the underwriters of its previously-announced public offering exercised their option to purchase an additional 1,800,000 shares of its common stock in full.

On Tuesday, October 20th, SuccessFactors announced a public follow-on offering of 12,000,000 shares of its common stock at $15.50 per share. Taking into account the full exercise of the option to purchase additional shares, total gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $215 million. The offering is expected to close on October 26, 2009.
