SuccessFactors Prices Public Offering

SAN MATEO, Calif., Oct 20, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced the pricing of its public offering of 12,000,000 shares of its common stock at $15.50 per share. The offering is expected to close on October 26, 2009. The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 shares of common stock from SuccessFactors.
