SuccessFactors to Present at IHRIM's 2009 Conference and Technology Exposition
On Monday, April 20 at 11:00 a.m. PDT, Greg Thompson, SuccessFactors' senior director of emerging products group, will present on HR innovation and how companies can leverage the power of Web 2.0 tools by integrating them into everyday work environments. SuccessFactors will also be exhibiting at the conference, located in booth #602.
Titled "Everyday Enterprise: How Unlikely Technologies Hold the Key to Workplace Web 2.0 Adoption," Thompson's session will explore how HR technologies in the enterprise cloud can help make social tools as ubiquitous in the workplace as e-mail. Ultimately, as his session will reveal, the pairing of HR with Web 2.0 tools can create a powerful platform to communicate goals, performance expectations and standards, along with other HR-related issues, but can also open up a hub for collaboration, knowledge retention and development, and sharing.
