Calgary Airport Authority Implements SuccessFactors' Professional Edition for Small and Mid-Sized Organizations

Nine-Person Business Development Unit Selects SuccessFactors as a Flexible, Easy-to-Use Tool for Everyday Goal and Performance Management Practices

The Calgary Airport Authority is a not-for-profit, non-share capital corporation, responsible for the management, maintenance and development of Calgary International Airport and Springbank Airport under long-term lease from the Government of Canada. The organization's business development division's nine employees will use SuccessFactors to align team goals and facilitate a more flexible, accessible performance management process.
