SuccessFactors Kicks Off 2nd Annual Profiles and Performance Seminar Series

Atlanta Event Features BellSouth; Presentation Lauded by Attendees

SAN MATEO, Calif. - September 18, 2006 - SuccessFactors, Inc., the global leader in on-demand, web-based performance and talent management solutions, launched the second annual Profiles in Performance Series Tour. For this national event series, SuccessFactors customers including BellSouth, Direct Energy, Follett Corporation and others will present key talent management challenges experienced by their respective organizations and the initiatives put in place to address them. The presenting customers will outline the workforce and performance management processes and best practices put in place to address their business issues and will share the tangible business benefits achieved to date, The tour is also providing a forum for business and HR professionals to discuss current business issues as well as an opportunity to network with peers across different industries. The first tour event, held in Atlanta, was widely attended and featured a case study presentation by BellSouth Corporation.
