resource (HR) outsourcing services, will offer SuccessFactors' performance and
talent management solutions to TriNet's customer base of small and medium-sized
businesses (SMBs) to enable them to optimize employee performance and productivity
and achieve overall business goals.
SuccessFactors Professional Edition will be offered to TriNet's 1500 customers
via the company's HR Passport portal, providing these clients with single sign-on
capabilities to access SuccessFactors performance
and talent management solution in the same manner that TriNet's comprehensive
payroll, benefits, and human capital services are delivered. Both TriNet customers
and internal staff will benefit from improved performance review processes,
organizational goal alignment and compensation planning.
