SuccessFactors Unleashes SuccessFactory: Real-Time, On-The-Fly Innovation at HR Technology Conference

On-Demand Performance and Talent Management Leader to Develop New Prototypes, Collaborate With Attendees Live on the Conference Floor

CHICAGO - Oct. 9, 2007 - SuccessFactors, the global leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, announced today that it will again showcase SuccessFactory, its innovative, collaborative approach to rapid software delivery, at the HR Technology Conference and Exposition on Oct. 11 and 12 in Chicago. Conference attendees will see true innovation at work on the show floor in a first-of-its kind demonstration from SuccessFactors' designers and engineers as they build new prototypes live at the conference. Attendees can interact with the developers to provide input on design, functionality and purpose, and will be able to see the results at the end of the show.

  • Career Trajectory, a tool that helps employees identify what it takes to get promoted and be successful;
  • Answers, a user-driven knowledge sharing tool; and
  • Badges, a fun way for employees to reward each other for great performance.

SuccessFactors unveiled SuccessFactory at its SuccessConnect 2007 global user conference in New York in May 2007 as part of its NEXTLabs initiative, which aims to make SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management Suite a fun, user-focused business application that employees want to use every day.
