Anita Rosen is president of the online training company ReadyGo Inc. and author of multiple books on eCommerce including “eLearning 2.0: proven practices and emerging technologies to achieve results.” Anita provides a balanced overview of the strengths and limitation of eLearning methods. She discusses when it makes sense to move from in-person to web-based training, and shares tips on how to do it effectively. She describes the ideal length of eLearning courses, techniques to increase engagement of training participants, and how to make online training fun yet still keep it informative.
