SuccessFactors acquired Plateau in a strategic decision to offer more to our customers and continue bridging the execution gap as we join together the best products and key thought leaders in the market. Adding Plateau’s leading enterprise grade LMS solutions to SuccessFactors’ market leading Business Execution (BizX) suite will allow customers to maximize employee productivity and business execution by implementing a comprehensive social and traditional learning strategy that includes evangelizing internal experts, utilizing easy-to-use video creation and uploading tools, as well as managing, developing, and deploying online, instructor-led, and self-study training.

How will SuccessFactors integrate Plateau’s products into the BizX Suite?

SuccessFactors is integrating Plateau Learning and Plateau iContent content-as-a-service into a new offering called SuccessFactors Learning that also includes the CubeTree and Jambok solutions, to provide the most comprehensive learning solution in the market across formal and informal learning while incorporating social and collaboration into the solutions.

Will any of Plateau’s products be discontinued?

SuccessFactors plans to provide support to Plateau's current customers and we are integrating Plateau's SaaS products directly with SuccessFactors’ BizX suite. We are encouraging all customers to migrate to SuccessFactors in order to take advantage of the latest features and product innovations, as SuccessFactors updates its products approximately five times a year.
