The SuccessFactors Partner Program

Through the SuccessFactors partner program, SuccessFactors has established significant relationships with industry leaders in sales, consulting, complementary business solutions or other relevant services. Together, SuccessFactors and its partners develop, market, sell and deliver the most comprehensive suite of Business Execution solutions available.

Program Benefits

Companies are eligible to receive a variety of training, sales, and marketing benefits based upon the level and type of partnership. Some of the available benefits are included at no additional cost, while other benefits require additional fees.

Program Requirements

To become a SuccessFactors Partner, a company must meet various minimum requirements within its first year of membership. In some cases, there may be additional requirements for a specific category and level combination. We have a few invitation-only partnerships with very specific requirements.

Program Categories

Program categories ensure specific requirements, benefits and metrics of the partnership are aligned with the business needs of the partner and the partnership:

 

SuccessConsulting: For companies providing services that complement the SuccessFactors Business Execution suite, having expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and seeking a Business Execution solution they can recommend to, and/or, implement for their clients. Types of services may include: strategy and transformation, change management, project management, configuration and implementation, systems integration, training and support.

 

SuccessSales: For companies looking to offer the industry-leading Business Execution suite to their customers and prospects by investing in building proficiencies around selling and supporting SuccessFactors products; successfully opening up new business segments, vertical markets or geographies, helping to accelerate and enable SuccessFactors to reach companies all around the world. Types of sales relationships include: reselling, OEM, distributor or outsourcing.

 

SuccessSolution: For companies offering complementary products, content or technology that support the SuccessFactors Business Execution suite. Partners are chosen based on the solution’s added-value and relevance to SuccessFactors customers. Types of Cloud partner solutions include: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), industry content, integration technology, Learning Management Systems (LMS), sales and support systems, security and social networking applications.
 

Program Levels

Program levels exist to help set expectations for both companies relative to investments, resources, and results:

Strategic: Highest level in program and generally reserved for companies with a national or global presence and those who can offer multiple dedicated resources to account planning, and provide higher-level commitments to sales targets and go-to-market activities.

Partner: Managed partnership with lower requirement and commitment levels.

Affiliate: Entry-level referral relationship for any organization seeking a Business Execution solution to recommend to their clients or prospects. Requires minimal commitments. We are currently open to accept new Affiliates. Learn more about our Affiliate program.

Partner Accreditations

SucccessFactors partners can promote and differentiate their solutions to prospects by building the professional proficiencies of their consulting and sales resources or value-added integrations to their complementary applications, content or technology. SuccessFactors sales and professional services teams, customers and prospects are highly encouraged to work with partners that have achieved accreditations. We promote the value of these programs internally and externally through the use of appropriate logos and collateral materials.

 

SuccessFactors Authorized: For partner representatives selling or promoting SuccessFactors Business Execution Solutions to prospects. Current and prospective SuccessFactors customers working with SuccessFactors Authorized representatives are guaranteed to have the most current and comprehensive information necessary to successfully map SuccessFactors solutions to their organization’s needs.

 

SuccessFactors Certified: For partner representatives responsible for implementing SuccessFactors Business Execution solutions for customers. Customers working with SuccessFactors Certified representatives consistently receive the highest quality with the most successful implementations.

 

 

SuccessFactors Validated: For partner organizations that offer strategic services or complementary solutions related to SuccessFactors. Whether it is a partner’s strategic service or offering, or product, content or technology solutions, customers can be confident when working with SuccessFactors to have validated offerings that have undergone a collaborative design, review and/or testing process.

Enabling Partners: Programs providing foundational elements and resources to support the partnership
Building Proficiencies: Programs designed for partners to develop and distinguish their value-added offerings.
Marketing Solutions: Opportunities allowing partners to market and promote SuccessFactors to their customers and prospects.
