1. No purchase is necessary to win.
2. This offer is only available to referrers located in the US or Canada. Referred prospects may be located anywhere
3. Referred customer must become a paying SuccessFactors, Inc. customer within 180 days of the date of referrer's submission.
4. Customer must sign and maintain an active SuccessFactors contract (no returns or refunds) that includes the following terms: a subscription term of one year or longer for ManagersEdition. Customer must maintain a subscription through the end of the cancellation/refund period of the 30 Day Refund Period.
5. The names submitted to SuccessFactors.com must be new to SuccessFactors.com. If the name submitted on the submission date already exists in a SuccessFactors marketing or sales database, then such name shall not be considered new.
6. Employees of SuccessFactors.com or employees of any of its partners or subcontractors are not eligible to participate.
7. Award recipients will be notified via email (at SuccessFactors, Inc. option) within 60 days of the Customer's execution of the Contract.
8. We reserve the right to discontinue the promotion at any time.
9. Recipient must decline the award if it is against his or her company's policies to participate.
