What I like to do outside of work:
I am an instrument rated private pilot, I still enjoy programming as a hobby, and I spend as much time with my friends and family as possible.
Q: Where in your background did you learn the most?
A: I worked at Oracle for 18 years, and saw it go from a small company to a very big company. There, I had a chance to work with Larry Ellison, Marc Benioff, and other great leaders of our industry. Those experiences have been invaluable to me.
Q: If you could meet one person in history, who would you meet and why?
A: Winston Churchill. Arguably the greatest leader of the 20th century.
Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: Lars’ values really work - the culture in the company is incredibly open and productive.

A:
