A: Early in my career when I was in sales at ROLM.

A: Henry Ford - in addition to being a car guy, he was an amazing innovator and visionary.

Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: I am most surprised by the hidden powers found in belt buckles.
