I am a car guy and huge motorsports fan, particularly Formula 1. I also love cooking, eating, fishing, philosophy, and actually driving the occasional race car.

Q: Where in your background did you learn the most?
A: Ultimately, being part of Plateau, from the very start to our acquisition by SuccessFactors. There is nothing like working without a safety net.

Q: If you could meet one person in history, who would you meet and why?
A: Bertrand Russell. Not only was he one of the greatest philosophical and mathematical minds of all time, but he was also a man of tremendous personal honesty and great compassion.

Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: How well the company operates across the globe given our great diversity of people and high growth rate.

Q: If you had 20 seconds to tell a new client about why they should use SuccessFactors, what would you say?
A: SuccessFactors has the most complete technology, experience, and passion for customers in our market. How can you pass that up?

A: It’s a great to be able to look at all of my colleagues and know that we are all working toward the same thing, namely making our customers more successful.
