Q: Where in your background did you learn the most?
A: I joined a small startup called Informatica in 1996 as a Server engineer and had a phenomenal experience for the next 10 years, building various engineering groups and many successful products.

Q: If you could meet one person in history, who would you meet and why?
A: Mahatma Gandhi. He is an incredible man who practiced truth and non-violence with utmost determination and led people in India to freedom.

Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: The amount of opportunities in this company to learn and constantly improve with a fast paced execution culture.

Q: If you had 20 seconds to tell a new client about why they should use SuccessFactors, what would you say?
