A: St. Ignatius of Loyola - He defines the meaning of faith, change and total commitment.
Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: The passionate pursuit of constant improvement and what it truly means to live KAIZEN !!!!
Q: If you had 20 seconds to tell a new client about why they should use SuccessFactors, what would you say?
A: The SuccessFactors total solution truly gets everyone in the company pulling in the same direction through goal alignment, setting clear and measurable goals, monitoring performance against these goals, rewarding results based on performance and growing, maintaining and developing talent for current and future needs. A: It is the key to sustained growth during the good times and the absolute foundation needed during tough times.
Q: Do you have a story or memory of how P&TM has helped you in your career? (a performance review, goal alignment to your team, paying people for performance, increase in performance as a results?)
A: Since I was a 5 year old kid, I used to play the guitar in family parties and I could always remember the applause and praises from uncles, aunts, guests, my parents, etc....This left an indelible association of talent and performance to reward.

A: I am part of an awesome and humble team that is committed to individual excellence and performance resulting in collective top notch achievement and continued improvement. Every accomplishment and milestone is just a beginning; There are no limitations. it is very exciting.
How often does one get to work for a company whose primary purpose is to work with the senior executives of progressive companies to help them achieve their goals through a more effective and efficient way of managing, developing, maintaining, motivating and rewarding their employees to do their absolute best and in turn ensure that their employees deliver on their commitments to their employers and meet the company goals .
