Camping, canoeing, rock climbing, anything outside that is fun and challenging!

Q: Where in your background did you learn the most?
A: I spent 7 years at Digital River where I learned what it truly meant to rely on data centers requiring global enterprise strategies and implementations.

Q: If you could meet one person in history, who would you meet and why?
A: I would like to meet Alexander the Great. I think of all the leaders I studied in history he impressed me the most. Any leader that would go to battle in the front line like one of his other solders understands what it means to be a leader of great resilience and passion with incredible humility.

Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: I knew that SuccessFactors was customer focused but I was surprised and delighted to see first hand how dedicated each employee really is.

Q: If you had 20 seconds to tell a new client about why they should use SuccessFactors, what would you say?
