Q: Where in your background did you learn the most?
A: Professionally, probably DoubleClick because it was such a fast-paced dynamic company.

Q: If you could meet one person in history, who would you meet and why?
A: That's hard. There are so many, but I would have to say Eleanor Roosevelt because I view her as one of the most influential, brilliant and admired women of this century.

Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: How intensely passionate, dedicated and collaborative everyone is. That is a rare combination and I think one of the reasons why the company has been so successful.

Q: If you had 20 seconds to tell a new client about why they should use SuccessFactors, what would you say?
A: I only need five. You need us to fully leverage your biggest and most strategic asset—your people.
