Q: Where in your background did you learn the most?
A: Each of my professional experiences has been powerful learning experiences for different reasons. I have been in software sales, product marketing, process consulting and HR. This exposure has given me a deep understanding of how to partner with various functions to ensure Customer Success.

Q: If you could meet one person in history, who would you meet and why?
A: Winston Churchill. What an amazing leader! I live by the following quote of his Never, Never, Never Give Up!" In fact, I think many of us at SuccessFactors have that as a mantra.

Q: What's been your biggest surprise during your time at SuccessFactors?
A: When I interviewed with Lars, I said "I want to work in an environment where different functional groups communicate early and often" and he said "There are no silos here" I thought that there had to be. There aren't!

Q: If you had 20 seconds to tell a new client about why they should use SuccessFactors, what would you say?
A: Our solution makes it possible to do talent management daily, as it should be!

Q: Why do you believe in the promise of Performance & Talent Management?
A: I believe in it because people are any organization's biggest asset! No leader can achieve greatness without a strong team.

Q: Do you have a story or memory of how P&TM has helped you in your career?
A: When I was a Director of Recruiting, I implemented a simple quarterly incentive plan which reduced cost per hire by 50% and put money in the pockets of the recruiters work on my team. It was a win-win for the company and the employees.

Q: Why are you proud to work at SuccessFactors?
A: The people are simply amazing. It is a true honor to be part of a winning team.
