About the Role:
SuccessFactors is seeking an experienced senior/veteran sales executive to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into Strategic Global Accounts in the Central US region. Responsibilities include qualifying, selling and closing new business into very large prospects and into large installed accounts which have 20,000+ employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell value and ROI into C-Level as well as sell into HR
- Align SFSF solutions with a customer's strategic objectives
- Manage and upsell existing clients in this large account territory
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
- Close both very large, complex long-cycle deals
- Qualify and forecast deals accurately
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10-15+ years overall sales experience
- 10 + years experience selling premise-based application software or SaaS solutions to C-Level
- Consistent over-quota performance and top tier company ranking
- Consistent and high W2 income track record of above OTE achievement
- Stability - Proven history of being a top performer in a company for multiple years running
- Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
- High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior
- Interaction with senior executives across multiple industries
- Strong C-level/board level communication skills
- Strong C-level/board presentation skills
