We know that you, our valued customers, partners, and friends, may know of talented, passionate individuals who would be a perfect fit for a position at our company. Many of you have asked how you can help us spread the word, and help your associates at the same time, by referring them to SuccessFactors.
With that in mind, we have created our "Friends of SuccessFactors" program.
If you know of anyone you would like to refer to SuccessFactors, please submit their info to careers@successfactors.com. A resume would be ideal but if you just have their name and contact info, that’s OK too! Please include the candidate's name and the recommended position in the subject line of the email.

So help your friends, help SuccessFactors, and make some extra cash in the process. Eligibility guidelines are below.
- The Referrer must be located in the United States, Canada or the European Union.
- Referrer must be the first referral source for a given candidate during the prior three (3) months to be eligible for an external referral bonus for that candidate. In the event multiple sources refer the same candidate, SuccessFactors shall determine in its sole discretion which one source will be eligible to receive payment for the referral. In no event will SuccessFactors pay more than one source, in full or in part, or more than one fee, for a given candidate.
- The referrer must have current, working knowledge of each referral. High quantity, mass referral submissions are not accepted. Each referral must be accompanied by the corresponding job announcement to which the candidate is being referred, and the referrer must have the consent of thein dividual being referred prior to submission.
- Referred candidates cannot have previously worked for SuccessFactors.
- The external referral bonus will be paid after the hire completes ninety (90) successful days of employment with SuccessFactors.
- SuccessFactors reserves the right to change or eliminate the external referral bonus program at any time at its sole discretion.
