Maybe employees hate their performance review systems because they become &quot;their worst review experience.&quot;  I remember a contest recently??  Hmmmm...  Have you analyzed that data at all that tells you why people considered it their worst review:  boss, system, process, hr role, no money, etc.??  Might be interesting to report that?
