Thanks for the compliment. I appreciate it.  I also appreciate your skepticism. Skepticism is a pretty reasonable approach these days as companies work to obfuscate the landscape and drive you toward their solutions. Not that we don&#039;t want you to buy our products, trust me, we do. We think we&#039;ve got the best stuff in the space, but we&#039;re also working hard to stay relevant and add value for people like yourself even if you don&#039;t end up with a SuccessFactors solution.

The ASP model into HR is sweet, and the use of a blog is highly commendable and effective - I was pretty skeptical when I first clicked on the link, but linking to industry commentary and even listing your competitors is very &quot;Web 2.0&quot;, for as long as that remains a relevant term!  :-)</description>
