Skepticism is a pretty reasonable approach these days as companies work to obfuscate the landscape and drive you toward their solutions. Not that we don’t want you to buy our products, trust me, we do. We think we’ve got the best stuff in the space, but we’re also working hard to stay relevant and add value for people like yourself even if you don’t end up with a SuccessFactors solution.

The ASP model into HR is sweet, and the use of a blog is highly commendable and effective – I was pretty skeptical when I first clicked on the link, but linking to industry commentary and even listing your competitors is very “Web 2.0″, for as long as that remains a relevant term!
