Looks a little scattered to me with not enough structure. Way too many squares all over the place. That said a move in the right direction

I came accross this site looking for evaluation reporting software. Site is attractive, but way too difficult to find the most basic information I’m looking for. When searching through dozens of companies via Google, if I don’t find answers within the top part of the web page I’m directed to, I move on. You are losing me, and I would venture a guess that you’ll lose lots of others.

Sorry but I find it cluttered and rather distracting. That top disorganized flash takes up 1/3 of the screen.
