Good ol’ SuccessFactors is highlighted today in an article in the San Jose Business Journal. The article, called "Fully-engaged workers contribute more to bottom line" covers a lot of ground talking about the impact of engagement on issues from turnover to training. It also speaks to some of the ways companies like Yahoo! are working to ensure they get the most out of their employees and vice-versa.
At Yahoo, "Every week, company employees receive their weekly paycheck statement and it details their pay and withholdings, but it also shows how much both the worker and the employer contributed to their health and retirement plans," says Barbara Levin, senior vice president of marketing at Enwisen. "It really gives them a sense of how much the company cares and how much value they place into their workers."
